Q: How much does a robot machining cell typically cost?

A:Our Full 'Turn-key' package for a standard Machining/Trimming cell starts at £29,975 +VAT GBP

Q: What does it come with?

A: The package consists of;

ABB IRB6400 Robot with CNC Robotics Front end Control logic software

S4C Controller

Spindle for trimming etc

Full integration, installation and training

(does not include machining table or guarding for those that want to arrange their own set-ups)

NB..Robots do not neccessarily need machining tables and can work vertically or at any other angle etc..

Q: Does it include offline programming software?

A: NO, OLD robots are best for ONLINE programming. We advise our customers to choose newer spec robots for offline programmed surface machining and milling operations.

Software is optional and charged extra.(see pricelist)

We work closely with DELCAM in providing Powermill 5 axis with a fully integrated Robot Interface. This all comes included on a pre-installed and optimised Laptop.

*We include this as a free 90 day trial*

Q: What about training?

A:Yes full robot training for ONLINE Programming is provided on site.

(If you choose Offline programming software option then, Powermill 5 axis and Robot interface training for 5 days at Delcam in Birmingham is included)

Q: What are the delivery times?

A:We would typically deliver within 4 Weeks from order

Q: Do you install?

A: Yes, total cost includes all UK delivery, installation and commissioning costs.

Q: Do you sell internationally?

A: Yes, but additional delivery, installation, commissioning and training costs would apply.

Q: I would like a 7th Axis Rotary Turntable and/or Linear Track, is this possible?

A: Yes, but at additional costs depending on requirements.
