Robotic system integration
The flexibility of robots, together with the broad experience of CNC Robotics, means we develop bespoke applications for projects where conventional machine tools are unable to provide a cost-effective solution.
The robotic systems developed often involve a single robot undertaking multiple operations or a series of them carrying out different stages of the overall process. Successful applications include the use of robots to manufacture temporary storage options during house repairs, to carve ice sculptures and to also braid composite fibres for the production of camera tripods.
Whether the problem is an unusual material, a demanding environment or particularly complex geometry, we can work with the customer’s staff to develop innovative approaches to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
How do we do it?
We have a team of technical experts who are on hand to assist with any query that our customers have. Furthermore, continuous training and sector specialisms means that the the CNC Robotics team are the UK leaders in rapid repairs and preventative maintenance.
CNCR-Live
We continue to seek innovative ways to assist clients and therefore, will soon launch our latest analytical software – CNCR-Live. In addition, integrating real time diagnostic technology allows us to analyse the ongoing performance of systems remotely. We can also predict when maintenance is required and prevent failures in the production processes which can cause slowness or a shutdown. Furthermore having the facility to plan preventative maintenance and intervene accordingly has allowed us to offer an even higher level of service to our clients and keeps their machines working at full capacity and high productivity.
