Machining Solutions

Cell4Milling

The Cell4Milling is a small-footprint, self-contained robotic machining cell designed for milling lighter density materials in a compact, accessible package. Its enclosed, all-in-one design makes it an ideal entry point for organisations looking to introduce robotic machining into their workflow.

System Overview

The Cell4Milling is built around a KUKA KR10 R900 Agilus industrial robot paired with a Hiteco electro spindle and a 7th axis rotating table, delivering machining capability within a self-contained enclosure measuring just 1200 x 800 x 2000mm. The compact footprint requires no specialist groundworks or facility modification — the cell arrives pre-integrated and ready to deploy.

The integrated extraction unit manages swarf and dust at source, keeping the cell clean and operators safe. The rotating table extends the system's capability beyond a standard 6-axis setup, allowing the robot to access complex part geometry without manual repositioning and providing a solid foundation for operators learning multi-axis CAD/CAM programming and robotic process development.

Software

Before your robot machines a single pass, ENCY lets you build, simulate and verify the entire process in an accurate digital twin of your system. Create toolpaths, run collision checks and simulate your parts in a virtual environment.

Toolpath quality is validated before it reaches the machine, reducing scrap, protecting your tooling, and giving your team confidence from the first cycle. With native AI functionality built into the platform, creating toolpaths and catching errors is faster and more intuitive than ever.
