We are a robotics solution provider for additive and subtractive manufacturing applications

CNC Robotics Ltd has established itself as a comprehensive cost-effective robotics solution provider for additive and subtractive
applications. Pioneering the use of industrial robots as an alternative to traditional machine tools, improving the productivity of manufacturing
organisations since 2010. Our unique mix of passion, tenacity and innovation makes us market leaders in robotic integration and robotic systems, globally and within the UK, across a variety of manufacturing applications.

The Company’s expanding business has included the development of systems for a wide variety of manufacturing processes and has allowed the
recruitment of a diverse and talented team with the range of skills needed to develop robotic systems. In addition, we’re KUKA System Integrators
and a KUKA Platinum System Integration Partner. Solving manufacturing challenges and developing new processes, using industrial robots as
part of strategic solutions for clients regardless of sector or size.

How do we do it?

Every system starts with a review of the customer’s current processes and a feasibility study to establish how robot 3D printing or robot machining can help their business. We focus on what you want to achieve, listen to what your challenges are, identify key areas for improvement, and discuss ways Robot 3D Printing or Robot Machining  can increase productivity and efficiency. Our expert team draws upon our wide sector knowledge and applications experience to give expert advice and guidance.

The aim is to transform the business by offering ways to save time and money compared to existing processes and to open new opportunities by broadening the customer’s capabilities. We are experts in creating solutions for any size of company, whether they need changes in existing production methods or they want to implement a more complex, turnkey system into a large factory. In all cases, we use our skills, capability and expertise to develop Robot 3D Printing or Robot Machining systems that meet the exact requirements of the client that perfectly suit their business needs. Our experts work closely with each customer to ensure the system delivered is well supported with ongoing backup, training and servicing to ensure you get the maximum benefit at all stages.

The history of cnc

CNC Robotics had its origins in 2008 when Jason Barker was searching for a low-cost machining solution to aid his scenic construction company

Founded in 2010, CNC Robotics emerged as a solution to a pressing need in the manufacture of large-scale props in the creative industry. Jason
Barker, our founder and CEO, recognised a gap in the market for a cost-effective solution for large-scale machining. Unable to find a suitable
solution, he took it upon himself to create a unique robotic system that could handle the demands of modern manufacturing processes.

Over the course of the next two years, the demand for our robotic systems grew exponentially, leading to the creation of CNC Robotics. In 2010, we entered into a strategic partnership with Autodesk, formally Delcam, a leading manufacturing software developer. By 2012, we had made our first
international sales in South Africa and New Zealand and relocated to premises at Sefton Business Park. As we continued to expand our business, we formalised another key alliance, and have been a Platinum KUKA System integrator since 2014 having successfully delivered hundreds of robotic integration projects and we are the only UK reseller for HITECO based in the UK, cementing our position as market leaders in the supply of robots for machining. In September 2021, the company moved its headquarters to the award-winning Mersey Reach Development, based within the Liverpool City Region.

Our unique blend of passion, tenacity, and innovation has enabled us to support a wide range of manufacturing processes across many industries. However, our key areas of expertise lie in driving robots accurately using CADCAM software, specifically in milling and 3D printing. This expertise has
allowed us to recruit a diverse and talented team with the necessary skills to maintain our position as industry leaders in robotic additive and subtractive processes.

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to providing innovative, cost-effective solutions to our customers while maintaining our position as a
leading supplier of robotic systems in the UK and beyond.
