CNC Robot
A-Frame
A purpose-built robotic trim cell where an operator loads parts on one side of the A-frame whilst the robot works on the other, keeping production continuous and downtime to a minimum.

System Overview
The A-frame trimming cell is an enclosed system, with a roof, to contain dust and swarf generated during the trimming process. Parts are held securely on the A-frame using an integrated vacuum for your fixtures, allowing multiple components to be nested and located repeatably across the frame.
By automating the trimming process, the system removes operators from the physical demands of manual cutting entirely, eliminating exposure to hand-arm vibration and the health risks and compliance obligations that come with it.

Industry Applications

Software
Before your robot machines a single pass, ENCY lets you build, simulate and verify the entire process in an accurate digital twin of your system. Create toolpaths, run collision checks and simulate your parts in a virtual environment.
Toolpath quality is validated before it reaches the machine, reducing scrap, protecting your tooling, and giving your team confidence from the first cycle. With native AI functionality built into the platform, creating toolpaths and catching errors is faster and more intuitive than ever.
Optional Upgrades
Every system can be configured beyond its standard specification to suit your production environment. Speak to our team to discuss what's possible for your application.

Auto Tool Length Setter
Automatically measuring accurate TCP tool lengths. Robot seeks and touches surface for rough calibration.

Laser Distance Sensor
Robot holds sensor to detect fixture position, reducing likelyhood of collision on uneven parts.

Clamping Toolkit
Zero point clamping of components onto a base unit for fast and accurate changes.
