PASTE_PRO

Large Format Additive Manufacturing system that 3D prints polyurethane paste directly, replacing the time and material waste of traditional tooling board methods. Print large-format mould surfaces and composite tooling faster, with less material, and without the manual pasting process.

System Overview

The Paste Pro is a large-format additive manufacturing system designed to 3D print polyurethane paste at high speed, building up mould structures, tooling surfaces, and composite parts rapidly before CNC machining them back to the finished profile. The system prints at a rate that makes large-format builds genuinely practical — significantly reducing the time it takes to go from design to a machinable structure compared to blocking up tooling board.

The paste material is a direct alternative to 0.8 density tooling board, offering the same machinability and surface quality once printed and cured, but without the waste generated and visible bond lines. Rather than machining away most of a solid block, you print close to net shape and machine only what you need.
